(NYSE: FLG) (the "Company”) announced that Wednesday, October 15th, has been established as the date of its Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Special Meeting”). The meeting will be held in a virtual format only, via live webcast, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The date of record for voting at the Special Meeting was established as August 18, 2025. Shareholders of the Company as of the record date will be entitled to receive notice of, and vote at, the Special Meeting.
